Coloring RadBeams and RadEruptions

You can customize the colors of any RadBeam or RadEruption weapon to whatever you like:

[Weapon]
... ;usual weapon stuff
;(IsRadBeam=yes or 
    IsRadEruption=yes)
RadColor=255,0,0  ;RGB, default is the global RadColor defined in [Radiation]
IsCustomColor=yes ;tells the game to use the RadColor for RadBeam or RadEruption
