Using IsPermaControlled tag

Minimal version: 1.08 SE

RP 1.08 SE and later allows you to give a Warhead the ability of Permanent Contolling like the Psychic Dominator does.
You can enable this by adding the following tag to a warhead:

 IsPermaControlled=true

Now weapons assigned with this Warhead are controlling permanent, you won't see a line from the controller unit to the controlled unit.

Example:

 [NewControllerWH]
 Verses=100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,100%,0%,0%,0%,0%,0%
 MindControl=yes
 AnimList=YURICNTL
 IsPermaControlled=true
